A Pizza That Is A Complete Meal For Your Children

- 1 cup each of whole wheat flour and white flour

- 2 cups of iceberg lettuce, sliced and boiled
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped and seeded
- 1 garlic clove, pounded
- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- 6 slices of bacon, fried in a skillet
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- Seasonings like dried parsley, salt and pepper
How to make?
You can start by preparing for the dough. Soak the yeast in warm water and leave it overnight or for a few hours. Once this is done, add it to the flour mixture along with a pinch of salt and a spoon of olive oil. Knead the flour with warm water till it is elastic to touch. Leave the dough to rise for an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the base sauce for your pizza. Take a skillet and add a spoonful of olive oil. Allow the oil to heat and add in the garlic clove along with the onions and tomatoes. Allow the tomatoes to blanch and add in the seasonings as well. You might want to cool this mixture and run it through a blender. When the dough has raised, take a big ball of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to form a thick, round base. You might put it in the oven for ten minutes to roast it and then start to add on to the base and toppings on the same.
Add to the base sauce and then add the toppings like the shredded lettuce, bacon, plum tomatoes and other vegetables if you wish. Top the pizza with the cream cheese. Once the pizza is ready for baking, pop it in a preheated oven to allow the pizza to bake for twenty minutes or so till the cheese is melted.
