Breakfast Protein Shake Recipes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups of peach slices, frozen
- 2 tablespoons of honey
DIRECTIONS
- Take a blending jar and add all the ingredients. Blend it till it forms a smooth mix.
- Serve it in a glass enjoy.
NOTES
- If you want to use some other fruit, you can do that but it is surely going to alter the taste. In case the smoothie is not sweet enough, you can add more honey or some other sweetener.
