INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cups of oats
  • ½ container of Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 1/3 scoops of protein powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup of almond milk
  • 5 cubes of ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a blender and add all the ingredients. Blend it for a minute or till you have a smooth mix.
  2. Take a glass and line with peanut butter. Now, line the glass with sprinkles. Pour the mix in the glass. Top it up with a dollop of freshly whipped cream.

NOTES

  • This can be made beforehand and stored in the refrigerator.
