How to use?

Get your sheets of heavy duty foil ready and a grill preheated. Spray the foils with cooking spray. Add the potatoes in a bowl that is microwavable. Cook the potatoes till they are tender by cooking on high for a time span of 5 to 6 minutes. Add in the corn cobs and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle the seasonings partly and coat the potatoes well. Place the shrimps in a separate bowl and add in the seasonings. Add in 1 tsp of cooking oil as well. Meanwhile, add in the sausages and place them in the foil’s center. Divide the potato and the corn mixture and place them around the sausages. Squeeze a wedge of lemon over every pack. Bring up the foil sides so that the edges close. Seal the edges and then make a tight fold. Allow some space for expansion as well as for the heat to circulate. Place the packs on the grill. Cover the grill and cook for about six minutes. Rotate the packs so that the cooking is evenly done. Remove the packs and then fold back the foil papers. Sprinkle the packs with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

This kind of cooking helps you to reduce the need for using excess of cooking medium. Usually prawns would need to be cooked or fried as well as the sausages. The grill method helps the cooking to be achieved with minimal oil usage. Combining the sausages and prawns with potatoes and corn cobs along with seasonings makes it an equivalent of a grilled salad dish. You could enjoy this dish on the go, even pack it in for a working lunch. If you are having it hot off the grill, use garlic bread on the side to make it a complete meal.
