This is a healthy chili recipe that is great comfort food for the winter evenings. Gather up with your boyfriend or girlfriend, and prepare this easy to cook a dish. You can pair it up with noodles, fries, or simply with a drink. It is really spicy!

  1. Bring a large bowl. Add the ingredients under “for batter” except chicken and mix them well. Add the chicken pieces to it then. Make sure it is uniformly coated with it. Fry the chicken pieces in a large pan. Use shallow fry and fry in batches.
  2. Take another pan. Heat the oil and add the ingredients except bell peppers to it. Try stirring, and after around 10 seconds add the bell pepper. Saute for another 1 to 2 minute. Add water if it begins to thicken. Add the chicken after like 7 minutes and serve.

Keep adding water in a spoon to avoid extra thickening.

The chicken must be cleaned, skinned and boneless before putting in the batter.
