- 2 cups of water
- 1 ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- A ¾ cup of milk
- 2 cups Potato Flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
Garlic Mashed Potato is the best to snack time meal. You can have enjoyed it with steaks, grilled chicken or any other main course dish.
- In a large saucepan Combine water, potato flakes, salt, butter and garlic salt.
- Bring to boil; then remove from heat.
- Drain water and add Milk to potatoes and mix the ingredients until these are smooth and mashed.
- Season the paste with salt and pepper to taste and serve with stake, snack or crackers.
