INGREDIENTS
- Mango – ½ cup
- Spinach – 2 cups
- Cucumber – 2 cups
- Orange – 1 (peeled)
Cucumber and mango is not a combination which many of them can fathom. But only consuming one will ensure the health benefits associated with them. Ensure that they are fresh when consumed.
DIRECTIONS
- Put everything into the blender and blend it till it looks smooth. Serve fresh to enjoy it at its best.
