Easy Mango Recipes
- 3 large Alphonso mangoes
- 1.5 cups full cream milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 7 sliced pistachios
- 7 sliced cashews
- 7 sliced almonds
- 3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 6 ice cubes
The mango mastani even though being a milkshake is so heavy that it is a meal in itself. One must take advantage of these sweet mangoes in this season, and serve this milkshake as a breakfast to your family or as a drink when you have guests or friends to attend.
- Start by peeling and slicing the mangoes. Adding them to a mixer grinder jar. To the jar add the milk, the sugar, and the ice cubes.
- Now close the lid and turn on the grinder. Grind the mixture for 1-2 minutes. Check, if you can see mango bits then grind it again till it becomes finely pasted.
- Now take the mango shake out from the jar and pour them in the glasses. Now add the sliced almonds, sliced cashews, and sliced pistachios on the top of the shake. And finally, scoop the ice cream on top and serve immediately.
Make sure to add sugar while grinding and not afterward, as it won’t incorporate well and will taste crumbly throughout.
