INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of almond milk
  • Sweetener of your choice
  • 4 cubes and ice
  • 60gms of peanut flour

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take a high-speed blender and add the milk, grapes, Greek yogurt, and sweetener.
  2. Blend this till you see no grape skins.
  3. Now, add the flour and blend till it forms a smooth mix. Serve it in the glass and enjoy.

NOTES

  • If you want, you can add peanut butter to the recipe.
