INGREDIENTS

  • Kale – 2
  • Banana – 2
  • Spinach – 4 cups (well cleaned)
  • Peanut butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Milk – 2 cups

Kale and spinach are known for their health – inducing benefits and more importantly, they are commonly consumed to reduce inflammation and other ailments. Surprisingly, the taste is not bad either.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put everything into the blender and blend it till it looks smooth. Serve fresh to enjoy it at its best.

You can add some sugar to cover up the taste.
