Easy Smoothie Recipes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop chocolate powder
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- I tablespoon almond butter
This is a delicious smoothie with a chocolaty taste which can be enjoyed as breakfast as well as a snack. Adults as well as children seem to enjoy it the same.
DIRECTIONS
- Take a blender and put in all of the ingredients. Until the mixture is creamy and smooth, keep blending.
- Put in the ice depending on how cold or hot you want it. Pour in a glass and enjoy it.
TIPS
To enjoy the smoothie at its best, it is recommended to use frozen bananas. To do so, peel and slice the banana in half and place in a sealed Ziploc bag in the freezer overnight.
