Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie Recipes
INGREDIENTS
- ½ banana
- ½ cup of coconut water
- 1 cup of frozen chunks of mango
- 1 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 2 handfuls of fresh kale
- ½ cup of apple cider or apple juice
This healthy drink will give a fresh start to your day.
DIRECTIONS
- Take a blending jar. Add the coconut water, apple cider, kale, spinach, and the mangoes. Blend it on high till it forms a smooth mix.
TIPS
If it is too thick add more coconut water or apple juice. In case it is too thin, add more greens or mangoes.
WARNING
Do not use old spinach or kale. Only use fresh and baby spinach.
