INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 ½   teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • A ¾ cup of milk
  • 2 cups Potato Flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Garlic Mashed Potato is the best to snack time meal. You can have enjoyed it with steaks, grilled chicken or any other main course dish.

DIRECTIONS

  • In a large saucepan Combine water, potato flakes, salt, butter and garlic salt.
  • Bring to boil; then remove from heat.

  • Drain water and add Milk to potatoes and mix the ingredients until these are smooth and mashed.
  • Season the paste with salt and pepper to taste and serve with stake, snack or crackers.
