  • 2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon
  • Half a tsp of salt to taste

  • 5 tbsp of flour
  • 2 cups of milk

How to make?

The cooking process is an easy one. All you need to do is combine ham, celery, onion, potatoes and other vegetables if you want, in a stockpot. For added flavor, you could sauté the ingredients in olive oil before you add them to water in the stockpot. Bring the mixture to a boil and allow the mixture to cook for about ten or fifteen minutes. Check if the potatoes have become tender. Now you can add in the chicken bouillon. Season with salt and pepper. To add the white and thick consistency to the soup, in a separate pan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Stir and then add in milk to smoothen the mixture.   • ½ cup of sour cream
  • 1 tsp of lime zest, grated
  • 2 sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1 sliced onion

  • 4 cups of chicken stock
