Soft & Fluffy Microwave Muffin
Ingredients
- 1 cup, flour
- 3/4 cup, powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp., cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp., baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup, milk
- 2 tbsp., oil
- 2 tbsp., butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp., warm water
- Few drops, vanilla essence
- 4 tbsp., chocolate chip
- ½ tsp., cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Stiff flour, sugar and cocoa powder with the help of strainer.
- Mix this dry mixture well with the spoon.
- Now add milk, butter, salt, baking powder, egg, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and oil in the flour mixture.
- Mix it well with the whisk.
- Now add 1 tbsp. warm water and mix it well and add chocolate chip in it.
- Pour this mixture in a mug.
- Fill the mug half because it will rise after cooking.
- Microwave the mug for about 2 minutes or adjust the time accordingly the power of your own microwave.
- Serve them with sour cream.
Tip:
- Warm water will enhance the flavor of cocoa and makes the muffin soft and fluffy.
