• 1 cup, flour
  • 3/4 cup, powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp., cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp., baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup, milk
  • 2 tbsp., oil
  • 2 tbsp., butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp., warm water
  • Few drops, vanilla essence
  • 4 tbsp., chocolate chip
  • ½ tsp., cinnamon powder


  • Stiff flour, sugar and cocoa powder with the help of strainer.
  • Mix this dry mixture well with the spoon.
  • Now add milk, butter, salt, baking powder, egg, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and oil in the flour mixture.
  • Mix it well with the whisk.
  • Now add 1 tbsp. warm water and mix it well and add chocolate chip in it.

  • Pour this mixture in a mug.
  • Fill the mug half because it will rise after cooking.
  • Microwave the mug for about 2 minutes or adjust the time accordingly the power of your own microwave.
  • Serve them with sour cream.


  • Warm water will enhance the flavor of cocoa and makes the muffin soft and fluffy.
