• 2 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • ¾ cup of Greek yogurt

It is a great smoothie for elder and kids, alike.


  1. Take a blending jar and add all the ingredients. Blend it on high till the strawberries have been crushed properly and the ingredients have blended. 
  2. Serve in a glass with fresh strawberries. Add ice on the top to make it chillier.


You prepare ahead and store it in your refrigerator. This can be consumed up to 24 hours. However, if you store it in a freezer, it can be consumed up to 2 days.


If you are using sweetened yogurt make sure that you cut out on the honey.
