INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cup fresh yogurt
  • ½ cup strawberries, chopped
  • Honey 1 tsp

This is really a delicious recipe and you can enjoy this with your friend’s family and anyone. It takes very less time to prepare this recipe. It improves digestion, keeps the body warm, improves metabolism. This is a perfect recipe for the summer dessert.

DIRECTIONS

  1. To prepare flavored yogurt, you first have to get fresh yogurt. You can prepare yogurt at home by putting some yogurt in warm milk and leaving it for 8-9 hours in summers and 14 to 15 hours in winters. You can also buy it from the shop.
  2. Whichever yougurt you are using, hang the yogurt in a muslin cloth for the whole night. While making the flavored yogurt there should not be any water content in it.

  1. Chop strawberries and keep in freezer till you are preparing the yogurt. Now, take the blender, add yogurt, strawberries, and honey in it. Mix all the ingredients well till all of them make a smooth paste.
  2. Take the yogurt out of the blender and serve it directly. If you want to eat it chilled, then keep it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and it will get ready to eat.

TIPS

  • You can add any other fruit in the yogurt to get that taste. For banana Greek yogurt, add banana instead of strawberry. Do the same with mango and berries as well.
  • You can freeze strawberry to have strawberry flavored Greek yogurt around the year.

  • Add honey according to strawberries tartness.
