- 3 cups of milk
- 2 peppermint tea bags with their string totally snipped off
- Half a cup of sugar
- Quarter of a cup of corn starch
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of some vanilla extract
- 2 ounces of some semi-sweet chocolate, nicely chopped
The method of preparing this dish is quite simple. First up you will need to pour the milk in a saucepan and warm it nicely over medium to low heat. Now, once the milk is heated properly, you will have removed the heat and add in the mint tea bags in it, after which the milk needs to be covered and set aside for at least 10 minutes.
Now you will have to wish some sugar along with cornstarch and salt, in a large bowl. Once that is done, start pouring in the remaining cup of milk very slowly into the mixture along with the vanilla, and continue blending it properly so that there are absolutely no lumps.
