INGREDIENTS

  • Strawberries 10-11
  • Blueberry 1/2 cup
  • 1 or ½ cup water/ice
  • Honey one tablespoon
  • Yogurt ½ cup

If you are running late for your office and not getting what to prepare in breakfast, try a strawberry blueberry smoothie. It takes less than 10 minutes of time to get prepared, and less than 5 minutes of time to consume.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take out frozen strawberries and blueberries from the freezer. Keep it out for some time to defrost it. If you are using fresh ones, it’s wonderful, as fresh fruits are much healthier than frozen ones. Clean all of them and remove all unwanted stuff from it like dust, stems, seeds, etc. and keep it aside.
  2. Take your blender and add above-mentioned ingredients in the jar in the same proportion. First put strawberries, followed by blueberries, one spoon honey, yogurt if you are allergic to dairy products, you can ass almond, cashew yogurt, some water.

  1. Blend the blender on high speed for a few seconds. This will provide consistency to a smoothie. You can increase or decrease water quantity as required. This is for maintaining the consistency of a smoothie.

It is super delicious, super easy and easy healthy. You can have it as a snack, as the main course according to your need. And if you want, you can enjoy this super smoothie with your partner as well.

TIPS

Try it with one scoop of vanilla ice-cream. This will turn the wonderful smoothie into an excellent dessert.

Do not over blend the smoothie or you will end up spoiling its unique taste.
